Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All clients must complete a medical questionnaire at their first appointment
  • Some treatments require a 24hr allergy test prior to treatment
  • All treatment timings shown are approximate
  • We reserve the right to provide an alternative therapist
  • We reserve the right to use alternative professional products
  • Weekend bookings and bookings exceeding £50 require a 50% deposit
  • No shows & late cancellations (less than 48hrs notice) 100% cancellation fee
  • It may not be possible to extend a scheduled appointment if you arrive late
  • Treatments for children under 18 must have parental consent & waiver
  • Prices subject to change without prior notice
  • Your early arrival is advised; reduced treatment may be necessary if you are late and you will be required to pay the full amount
  • We do not have facilities for babies or young children so please arrange childcare before booking your treatment
  • A non-refundable deposit is required for new clients and if you are booking a long period of time, i.e. more than 1hr
  • We know things can happen – if you do not turn up for your appointment we will also require you to pay in advance for your next one
  • Booking an appointment is your acceptance of these policies
