Do you suffer from Salon Stress? Does the thought of a Swedish full body massage, a mineral salt scrub or a pampering spa day send you into a blind panic?

Let’s remove these feelings right now so that you can relax and look forward to your pampering sessions and luxuriate in a sense of wellbeing and calm.

Spa Days

What to wear?

On a spa day you are advised to bring your swimsuit as you can start the day with a swim, Jacuzzi and sauna if you choose to. You can then either change into a dry swimsuit  for the body treatments or change into underwear. We provide a gown for you to use while you are here.

What is included?

As well as your chosen treatments, we provide hot and cold drinks all day and a free bistro lunch. A typical lunch could comprise a home made soup, a choice of pannini or baguette, hot jacket potato ,salad, or cous-cous.

Tanning

What to wear?

Most people strip to their briefs but if you prefer you can wear a bikini, we also supply disposable briefs.

What happens? Is it Reliable?

You will stand in a special booth where a therapist will apply the spray tan. Our beauticians have many years’ experience of this treatment and we use reliable products, so you can relax in the knowledge that you are in capable and experienced hands.

Massages and other Body Treatments

For most all-body treatments it is best to strip down to your underwear. We keep you covered under towels and discreetly move any areas where we need to provide the treatment.

Fish Spa

Before treatment your feet will be washed and carefully examined for cuts, scabs, blisters, verruccas or open wounds. If one of our therapists discovers a possible health hazard then you will be declined treatment on that day but we will happily reschedule your appointment for a time when your condition has healed. Alternatively, we can offer you a pedicure without fish treatments.

Important – Please do not use moisturiser on your feet prior to having a fish pedicure and ensure that you have no polish on your nails. Thank you.
